During these unprecedented times, bluQube remains fully operational and it is business as usual for us all.
We’re a software company, so most of what we do doesn’t involve physical things and we’ve also operated internal cloud-based systems for many years. This has always been important to us as we have staff based in various locations.
Remote Working
Our customer Cloud systems are located in an ultra secure location and they will continue to operate as normal.
Telephone Systems
Our internal IT and telephony systems have been built in such a way as to allow our staff to operate from multiple locations and for those locations to change from day to day if needs be. Please just telephone or email us as normal.
Cloud Technology
We are confident that customers will be able to contact us as normal and as customers are mainly Cloud based, we expect that they won’t notice any significant change to our service.
Customer Assistance
In addition to the above, we are also currently looking at how we can help customers that are having problems stemming from the COVID-19 crisis. For example we can typically migrate a customer from an On-Premise platform to our Cloud within a day and without the need to visit your premises. In many cases this may be a faster and simpler option than attempting to setup and maintain complex VPN based systems.
We also have business consultants and skilled support staff that can assist with the day to day management of your systems if you have temporary staff outages.
In short, we expect to be able to offer business as usual and some additional assistance to those who need it.
