In this way, users can easily monitor these uploaded “plans” against actuals. If they wish, they can upload multiple versions of the plan, overwrite existing plans with newer versions, or amend and update existing plans. Without this facility a great deal of time can be wasted updating the main system, or the systems can easily become out of sync, at which point reporting becomes virtually meaningless.
